Dr. Michael Garcia is a board-certified pediatric anesthesiologist with over two decades of experience. He earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester, completed his residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and pursued advanced pediatric training at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
