Ann Ruscher

Dr. Ann Ruscher is a board-certified pediatric anesthesiologist. She earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, completed her residency in anesthesiology at the same institution, and pursued a Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
